A Classic Sikh Wedding with a Fusion Vibe | Victoria BC

SR Bride Kiran contacted SHARON RAI for her beauty looks on her Wedding Day. She was planning a Sikh Wedding, taking place at The Khalsa Diwan Society, Sikh Temple, the first Temple in Victoria, BC, with her Reception at the Our Lady of Fatima Hall. We had a consultation at the SR Studio, where Kiran and her mother both attended, we chatted for about an hour learning about her wedding, her vision and discussed her beauty ritual. She had a vision, and valued our expert opinion to create her custom looks, it was an honour that she trusted SHARON RAI to style her for both her wedding and reception.

A month before her Wedding, Kiran, her mother and her sister-in-law (who was also an SR Bride a few months after) arrived at the SR Studio for her Luxe Preview. We discussed her outfits and vision for both events, and had a great time customizing her looks. After her Luxe Preview, she was relaxed, and knew exactly what to expect for the big day, and when she arrived home, she was able to see all the photos with her private log-in area on the SR Website. For Kiran's customized wedding look, with her hair, we created a beautiful updo, using two sets of hair extensions and a hair piece, and we added in hair jewelry and her math patti (the head jewelry) we did an intricate design in the back. For her makeup, we went with flawless skin, and used her outfit color as inspiration for the colors we choose on the face, and a classic dark smokey eye with shimmer and full lashes to add definition.
